Our team isn’t just about us, we’re about you. Yes, we have clear boundaries, but ultimately, our success lies in the testimonials of our clients, the learning outcomes achieved by your children, and the satisfaction our staff feel in their work.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the Australian Government-regulated child care sector, 15 years’ experience recruiting and placing In Home Child Care Educators and Nannies, and over 3 years as a registered NDIS provider, our team is here to support you.
Through years of working closely with families and carers, we’ve come to deeply understand the importance of a strong, three-way relationship between the family, the educator/carer, and the coordination team.
Our team includes dedicated early childhood education professionals, experienced nannies, caregivers, and disability support workers. Some have been in the industry for decades, while others are students working towards qualifications in education, psychology, speech therapy, or occupational therapy.
All of our staff receive ongoing support and connection from the Steps & Strides team.
Each team member must complete a comprehensive recruitment process, including an interview, National Police Check, International Police Check (where applicable), Working With Children Check, reference checks, and ongoing performance and quality reviews.
